Privacy Policy
ENOVUS Energy respects the confidentiality of your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, for what purposes we process it, the legal basis we rely on, and how we protect it. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and applicable legislation. This is a general policy and does not constitute legal advice.
The legally binding version of this document is the Georgian one; this translation is provided for information only.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is ENOVUS Energy LLC (registered in Tbilisi, Georgia; legal address: I. Chavchavadze Ave. 80, Tbilisi 0162, Georgia), operating in Georgia as a solar and hydro EPC company. For any privacy-related questions, email us at info@enovus.ge.
What data we collect
Through our contact and request forms, we collect only the data you voluntarily provide: your name, phone number and email. If the form includes a message field, we store the message (free-text) exactly as you entered it. Providing this data is voluntary and is needed only so that we can respond to your request.
When you submit a form, we also store the region you selected (if provided), the page the form was submitted from, and the site language (locale) you were using.
Technical data
While you use the website, standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and user-agent — may be processed automatically and recorded in server logs.
When you submit a form, we collect this data along with your request, namely your IP address, device/browser data (from the user-agent), the page, the referrer and, based on your IP address, an approximate location (country/city), so that we can process your request and keep the website secure. The approximate location is recorded only when it is available from the hosting infrastructure.
Purposes of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- to respond to your requests and questions;
- to prepare engineering assessments and commercial offers;
- to contact you about our services.
We do not sell your personal data and do not process it in any way incompatible with the purposes above.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your declared consent (given by submitting a form) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request and providing information about our services. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Third parties and processors
To handle your request, the data you submit through a form is first stored on our website server (in a database under our control).
In addition, your data may be shared with service providers acting on behalf of and under the instructions of ENOVUS Energy. Specifically, form data (including technical data) may be transferred automatically, via webhook, to the CRM / lead management system used by our sales team so that we can process your request and contact you. The specific recipient is our CRM and lead management service provider. Such processors handle the data only to the extent necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them and are obligated to keep it confidential.
Retention period
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact. After this period, the data is deleted or destroyed, provided it is no longer needed and the law does not impose another retention obligation.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access to your data;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion of your data;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability: receiving your data, on request, in a structured, commonly used format;
- lodging a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia if you believe your data is being processed in violation of applicable law.
To exercise these rights, email us at info@enovus.ge.
Minors
This website is not intended for minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have collected such data inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Please review the policy periodically.
